Look out for Barn Owls.
I have been lucky enough to see several Barn Owls on my early morning drives.
Saw this beauty a couple of weeks back.

First day of January
Just a local walk today to blow away the cobwebs.
25 species on an hour walk highlight a Little Grebe and 6 Common Gull on the floods.
